Here is a collection of video's that reveal effortless throwing/counter throwing. The common theme is a principle known as "sinking".

It has been our experience that the word "sink" triggers a proactive action. Therefore, we use the word "melt" to express the passive nature of dissolving the body into dead weight towards the path of least resistance.

It's fun to see the old Judo guys schooling the big guy and the little kid.
then , of course, Master Liu Xi Wen pushing the young kid around.
