Silk reeling teaches the student how to originate all movement from the core of the body using spiraling power. This enables the student to manifest constant and renewable kinetic energy.

Our Tai Chi class emphasizes slow moving postures that place the student into a meditative state of constant awareness.
Students begin with a solo 24 posture form for joint and cardiorespiratory fitness. Students then progress to the 92 Form, popularly known as the 88 partnered form, for enhanced skill development.

Push Hands is a game of balance that unifies your posture with your partner's kinetic energy. The objective of the game is to borrow the opponent's kinetic energy to get them off balance. This islolation drill leads to the skill and ability to throw your attackers while using very little effort.

The sword dueling class uses carbon polymer swords to provide a safe and effective environment to test your fencing skills. Top of the class swordsman are then chosen to compete in the World Jianshu League; a competitve combat sport that preserves and promotes traditional Chinese swordsmanship.
